Jennifer Hungate

Based in Rochester, NY, Jennifer is the driving force behind Hungate Construction. With over 24 years of experience in the construction industry, Jennifer has developed a deep understanding of both the technical and managerial aspects of building and renovation projects. Jennifer began her career in construction as an estimator/project manager within the higher education and health care facilities.  Her passion for the industry grew as she recognized the importance of diversity and inclusion in a traditionally male-dominated field. With a commitment to excellence, she founded Hungate Construction to create opportunities for underrepresented groups while delivering high-quality services. Jennifer holds a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology, which provides her with a solid foundation in construction principles. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jennifer is an active member of the Rochester community. She supports local initiatives that empower women and minorities in construction and regularly participates in mentorship programs to guide the next generation of industry leaders. Jennifer resides in Rochester NY with her husband, Nate, 2 sons and golden doodle named Rylee.
